TRANSPORTATION COMPANY

Terrak Creativa works with Correos. Shipments are certified, insured, and include a tracking number. This means the shipment will arrive at the address you provide and will be delivered to you in person.

PACKAGE STATUS

Order and shipping statuses are always notified by email. Terrak Creativa will send you various notifications indicating the status of your package: Your order has been shipped, Your order is on its way, Your order is being delivered, Your order is being delivered, Your order has been delivered. You will also be notified by email of your package's tracking number so you can check its status through the official Correos website, in the "Track your shipment" section. In this section, you must copy the tracking number assigned to your package and click "Locate shipment." SHIPPING DAYS

Shipments are made on Mondays and Thursdays.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times may vary, from 48 hours in Spain after shipment to more than a week in other countries, such as Italy or France. Although Terrak Creativa works with Correos, this is still an external company to Terrak Creativa, so it is not possible to determine exactly when your package will arrive. Many external factors make this confirmation difficult. For this reason, a tracking number is assigned and you are notified at all times of the location of your package.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Correos delivers packages in the morning, but there are locations where deliveries are also made in the afternoon. If you are away and the package is picked up by a friend, family member, or acquaintance, the delivery person will take their personal information.

DELIVERY ATTEMPT

If you are not at the designated delivery location (home, work office, etc.), you will be notified with a delivery attempt, and the package will be held at your Post Office by the same company until you personally pick it up.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS

Shipments are made once both the order and payment have been confirmed. Once the order is confirmed and the total amount for the order and shipping is received, the package is prepared and shipped.

SHIPPING PRICES

The shipping cost appears on the payment screen. Rates are fixed and depend on the country or region to which the package is destined.

THE PACKAGE HAS ARRIVED IN POOR CONDITION
