Each and every piece purchased through this website is original from Terrak Creativa, as are the photos of said jewelry. All are created by Lucía Parra, artisan and owner of Terrak Creativa, so this is the only place that sells the jewelry featured on the website.

This store is open 24/7.

I will respond to emails with questions and concerns, as well as messages for custom orders, as quickly as possible during business hours.

ORDERS

Orders are automatically notified. If there is a problem, I will contact you by email or phone as soon as possible to notify you and resolve the issue.

Once the order is confirmed, I will proceed to package and ship it.

You will receive all the information about the status of your package every time there is an update.

Orders for pieces available online may take 24-48 hours to prepare and package. Custom orders take longer, as they must be handmade from scratch.

Please note that shipments are made twice a week, so the arrival time for your package may increase.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders are arranged by speaking directly with me. Once I receive your notification, I'll contact you to offer personalized service and specify which piece of jewelry you'd like me to create exclusively for you.

Custom orders are made on a first-come, first-served basis, so your personalized jewelry may take 2 to 7 days to create.

Don't worry! As soon as the design is finalized, I'll know how long it will take, and I'll be able to tell you when it'll be ready and when I can send it to you.

PRICES

All jewelry prices include tax, i.e., 21% Spanish VAT.

The shipping cost is added on the checkout screen, meaning it is not included in the product price.

PAYMENT METHOD

You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Paypal or by bank transfer in case of custom orders.

Payment method data processing is done through a payment gateway, in my case: Shopify Payments.
