RETURNS

Surely when you see your jewelry, you'll want it with you forever, but if that's not the case, don't worry, you can return it. You have 14 calendar days to process the return. After those 14 days, the jewelry can no longer be returned.

If you want to return it, write to me at terrakcreativa@gmail.com or call me at 679727336, tell me the reason for the return (if it arrived in poor condition, if you don't like it, etc.) and I will explain in detail the steps to follow.

IMPORTANT: CUSTOM JEWELRY CANNOT BE RETURNED. Only pieces available online can be returned, but custom orders cannot.

Returns are also not accepted if the mineral or jewelry has been damaged for reasons other than transportation.

If you purchased a piece of jewelry during a sale or discount, returns or exchanges are also not accepted.

REFUNDS

If you have decided to return an order, you will be fully refunded (including shipping costs) once I have received the package with the jewelry in the exact condition it arrived to you (same box, same envelope, etc.).

I'm not responsible for return shipping costs unless your order arrived in poor condition due to shipping. In that case, the costs are my responsibility.

In addition, the shipment must be certified.

I won't refund your order if it doesn't arrive. For this reason, it's best to be able to track it with a tracking number.

CHANGES

Exchanges are not possible. If you decide to return a piece, we'll process it, and if you later want another piece of jewelry, we'll process a new order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you place an order and wish to cancel it, no problem. Contact me at terrakcreativa@gmail.com or call me at 679727336. If you wish to cancel the order, if it has already been shipped, you must wait until you receive it and contact me to process the return.
